I have the opportunity to work around the world with some of the largest companies in the world and help them digital transform through Design Thinking Process.
The secret to working with new customers is telling a story. How do you show a customer how your technology is going to digitally transform their business? How do you have a conversation with people regarding new technology and how it will change their day-to-day activities? The trick is to tell it visually through storyboards, just like selling a movie. I have been storyboarding for 35 years for movies, comics and business.
User Research & Findings
The best and only way to understand the problem you are trying to solve is through empathy. The best, and only way to build the correct application for a customer is through empathy. The right way to build empathy for a customer is through User Reseach. Once you know their desirese and their pain points you can build better solutions.
User Experience Design
After using design thinking, to understand the customer, aligning the story with storyboards and understand the users with research and finding is now time to build the application, system or platform. I have personally done this for small off application and managed large teams for complex systems.
Tradeshow and Branding
A creative person needs creative outlets. Nothing allows one to be more creative than creating brands for customers, rock bands or even designing booths and marketing material for a trade show.
